— A MILLION BUCKS: Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton raised $1 million in the second quarter, according to her campaign. It’s a signal that she’s gaining momentum in a competitive race with two experienced fundraisers — Congress members Raja Krishnamoorthi and Robin Kelly. “We’re thrilled with the support coming in from across the state, and it’s reflective of the broad, winning coalition we’re building,” Stratton Campaign Manager Dovile Cather said in a statement.
